8'6" Deepest Reaches Mega Fish8'6" Kyle Albers, the man behind Deepest Reaches, creates some really relaxing Mega Fishes. Hand shaped in Irvine, California, Kyle thinks outside the box and isn't limited by preconceived notions of what a surfboard should be like. The outline is an elongated fish with a long straight rail line. The deck is kept fairly flat until several inches from the rail at which point the rail is foiled in a beveled manner to make the tick rail more forgiving.

It works.

Ran this for 5k and did oil analysis. It performed identically to Mobil 1 ESP 5w30. No issues, stayed in grade, nothing negative. That said, it was no better than ESP and wear metals were functionally the same as multiple other similar rated oils. It’s perfectly fine, but not better. It’s a great value. I wouldn’t use it for extended oil change intervals. No oil consumption noted.
