Very slow fermentation and 16 months in 500 Liter barrels created a relentlessly dry, minerally, herbal and fine rose with seductive notes of fire, stone and mineral dust. Querschnitt means cross section. Gols is the town near Lake Neusiedlersee. Kolfok means unconventional thinker. The result is the most interesting rose you will ever taste!
